GENERAL INFORMATION:

  • All packages are dispatched from our warehouse in Hong Kong.
  • We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 business days from the time of order. Orders received before 13:00 hours (AEST) between Monday and Friday (AEST) will typically be shipped out the same day.
  •  Full Embrace ships orders via Hong Kong Post from Monday to Friday. Order fulfillment and shipping services do not operate on weekends or on Hong Kong public holidays.
  • Once your order is dispatched you will receive an email from us with your tracking information and a link to the website to track the status of your parcel.
  •  The delivery times provided by us are estimates only. Full Embrace cannot guarantee delivery dates.

STANDARD SHIPPING

Our “Flat Rate shipping” orders are dispatched via Hong Kong Standard Post and shipping transit times are typically 7-14 business days. Once your order is ready to ship you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to see where your package is located.Items may be subject to Customs inspection and duty (if applicable). Customs clearance is not included in delivery standard/transit time.* Hong Kong Post will deliver to P.O. Boxes. A note will be placed in your box to collect from the Post Office.

EXPRESS SHIPPING

An Express Shipping option will be made available at checkout. The Express Shipping price are calculated based on the weight of your parcel and the shipping destination. Our Express Shipping orders are dispatched via Hong Kong Express Post and shipping transit times are typically 2-3 business days. Once your order is ready to ship you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to see where your package is located. Items may be subject to Customs inspection and duty (if applicable). Customs clearance is not included in delivery standard/transit time.Your signature will be required upon delivery.* Hong Kong Post will NOT deliver to P.O. Boxes for Express Post shipping option.

FREE SHIPPING (for orders over AUD$100)

Orders over AUD$100 to Australia, New Zealand, USA and Canada will receive free Standard Shipping. Orders eligible for Free Shipping are dispatched via Hong Kong Standard Post (please refer to details as per “Standard Shipping” section above).

TAXED & DUTY CHARGES

Customs policies vary from country to country and international orders may be subject to local customs charges. Any customs, import duties and associated fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are charged once the parcel reaches its country of destination. Full Embrace will include a commercial invoice declaring the full dollar value paid on international shipments. Please note, we cannot mark international orders as a gift as a way of bypassing or reducing customs fees. All packages are dispatched from our warehouse in Hong Kong. We recommend that you check your country’s customs requirements before placing an order so that you know what taxes and duties you may need to pay. You can check for an estimate of duty and tax charges here. Full Embrace is not responsible for any customs or tax charges.Please note the UK laws on VAT charges have changed recently – see below:Customs charges are applied to imports into the EU with a value over £18 for VAT. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

If you refuse a shipment from Full Embrace, you are responsible for the original shipping charges as well as the import and return fees that may be incurred upon delivery back to us.Please note that it is your responsibility to provide correct postage/mailing details and that Full Embrace will not be responsible for missing packages if any of these details are incorrect.

ACCEPTANCE OF THE GOODS

The buyer is responsible for inspecting the goods for fault and notifying us within 7 days of receiving the goods should there be a fault. You can contact us via email support@fullembrace.com.au.

CHANGE OF ADDRESS

Entered the wrong address? Email us immediately on support@fullembrace.com.au to edit it before your order is dispatched.Address Confirmation is given on the review & buy page as you checkout, so please take a moment to review it is correct before submitting your order. We will attempt to update any incorrect order details however we cannot be held responsible for an incorrect address being entered on your order. If your order has already been processed and on its way to you we unfortunately cannot update your details.
