What if I just want a bra?

No worries! You can wear the bra just as a regular bra with any other item of clothing if you wish.
But if you’re wanting to wear one of our Compatibles Collection tops or dresses, the best way is to connect it to the bra so it holds everything in place.

The hook has come undone on my top/dress - what do I do?

Your Compatibles Collection clothing should arrive with its straps connected to the front of the top/dress with a small hook.
If this has accidentally come un-done, slide the hook into the corresponding part on the front of the clothing (slide it into the lower loop to better conceal the hook).

Do all Full Embrace tops and dresses have adjustable straps? 
Yes! All of our Compatibles Collection clothing items have fully adjustable straps so that it is just right for you.  We know that what fits one woman may not fit another, and there’s nothing more irritating than having straps that are too tight for you, or too loose and falling off your shoulders! 

How do I take off the The Compatibles Collection clothing?

Gently disconnect the top/dress from the bra on both sides and take off the clothing and bra as per usual. Note: Preserve the life of the garment by taking care not to pull at the snaps too roughly – to prevent damage to the fabric. 

My straps are not aligned properly
In most instances you can align the straps by readjusting the strap lengths and wriggling the position of the back of the garment. The stretch of the fabric allows for a bit of movement. Of course there will be some variability because we don’t all come in the one shape and size (oh wouldn’t shopping be so simple if we did!!). Check that your bra band fitting is correct (firm fit on the loosest hook). If you are wearing your bra on the tightest hook at the back, the bra straps will sit closer together and the angle of the straps may cause them to sit out of alignment.
